Privacy in plain English
Short version: we store only what we need to price your listings, we encrypt it, and we never sell it.
What we store
Per store: your listings' item numbers, titles, prices, stock, categories and ad rates; the costs and rules you enter; sales lines from your orders report (item, variation, quantity, price, postage, sale date, order/transaction number, buyer eBay username, whether it sold via Promoted Listings); your price-change history.
What we never store
Buyer names, addresses, emails or phone numbers (the HelloDrop extension removes them inside your eBay tab before anything is sent), your eBay password or cookies, payment details.
Why
To work out prices, show your store insights and keep your history and backups. We don't sell or share data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only people you invite to the store. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and in transit (HTTPS).
Backups
Automatic daily restore points kept 30 days, plus any you save yourself.
Your control
Download a copy of your data or delete your store at any time in Settings. Disconnect the extension in the HelloDrop popup → Insider → Connected sites. To delete your whole account, email us from your account email.
Your account
Your name, email, a scrypt hash of your password (never the password itself), when you signed up and last visited, and your Repricer access dates and the access keys you used. Used to log you in and manage access only.
Extension backup (optional)
If you log in inside the HelloDrop extension, it can back up your HelloDrop setup: supplier links, blocked sellers, templates and settings. It never includes buyer addresses, order details or browsing data. Stored encrypted for your account only; delete it any time by logging out and emailing us, or it is removed with your account.
